Practical and Useful 2020 Bullet Journal

This is Volume 3 of my bullet journals Last year, I set up a lot of unused spreads. I think all of the spreads this year should be very useful for a more productive year! I'm really excited. Food | Overnight Oats

This is my absolute favorite way to eat oats! Overnight oats make a healthy and quick breakfast alternative. Oats are a great source of dietary fiber, which lowers level of bad cholesterol. There are so many more other health benefits of eating oats! Overnight oats is also very adjustable in making changes to the ingredients so it's just the way you like it! Additionally, it's very fast to prep for tomorrow's breakfast and cheap. Here's how I enjoy making my overnight oats! Ingredients:  1/2 cup of Rolled oats 1 small container of Yogurt 1/2 cup of Almond milk Pinches of Ground cinnamon Directions:  1. For overnight oats, you will need rolled oats. Fill up your container with about 1/2 cup of rolled oats. I'm using a mason jar that has helpful measurement marks on the side of the container. 2. This recipe is a quick and healthy one-minute solution that will save you time and save your waistline! It's easy to prepare and cook for breakfast or a mid-day snack. It could also be an activity that the entire family can make, no matter what age.  Ingredients to serve one: 2 eggs Diced veggies  (Literally anything that you like) Some meat  1/8 cup shredded cheese (or as much as desired) Salt + Pepper to taste Directions: 1. Begin by spraying the inside of your mug with cooking spray so the egg will come out easier.  2. Add your eggs to your mug and mix them thoroughly  3. Cut and mix in your veggies. I just had tomatoes, but I would have definitely added in green peppers and onions if I had them on hand. Veggies are nom!  4. Cut and mix in your meat. I had ham slices.  5.
