My older sister got me a gift card to Journey's for Christmas, and so I finally got a pair of TOMS. I love their mission of one for one, helping a person in need with giving them a new pair of shoes with every pairs of TOMS purchased. They also give in many more ways, check it out here: http://www.toms.com/what-we-give. The cause is good and the style is also. I got these simple black Cordones canvas pair. They are so comfy and cute, and they match just about everything. Probably not the best for winter in Minnesota though, I'm excited to wear them more when spring and summer come along!  "Inspired by giving, designed to make a difference."

I do the most with the money I got. Most of the things I wear are either bought on sales or from thrift shops :)  Here's a quick little outfit for the fall weather that is here in Wisconsin:  Terrible picture quality, but basically it's a long dark navy blue shirt that has shoulder cuts :)  Of course, here in the upper midwest gets pretty chilly in the morning and nights, so here's a jacket a chose to match it. Just a very large light brown sweater that king of balances out the girly-ness of the outfit.    My hair is growing! Hooray! Jewelry always gives any outfit an edge ;) Keepin' it simple. I love collecting unique items from various little shops and flea markets! For me, the hardest thing about any outfit is picking shoes to go with it! I absolutely love thrift shopping. It gives you a way to find unique items and for a great price! What I love even more though, is styling everything after you buy them. Summer is sadly coming to an end, and it's back to school/ fall time. My absolute favorite season for styling because of all the fun layering there is to play around with. The weather in Wisconsin has been fairly chilly in the morning and humid in the day. Cardigans are a favorite for this time!
