Fitness Series | Morning Gym workouts

Image
Monday morning I did 15 minutes on the elliptical on level 5, and then 15 minutes of doing 50 donkey kicks and 50 torso rotations with the 6 weight on the machine, which is 16 lbs. This morning, I started off my day with a short 20 minute gym workout. I did 10 arm presses with just the bar. Short people struggles at a gym lol  I then put on 17.5 lbs per side and did:  10 squats  10 lunges I then used this cable machine and had it on 6 again (16 lbs), and did:  30 torso rotations  30 donkey kicks  15 arm rows  and then ended my workout with these 20 leg lifts on this BOSU ball equipment I am now feeling a tidbit sore on my lower half. Looking forward to tomorrow!  ♡ **Suggestions are very much welcomed on how I can achieve more results.

Fill up your container with about 1/2 cup of rolled oats. I'm using a mason jar that has helpful measurement marks on the side of the container. 2. For liquid, I am using unsweetened almond milk, but you can also use normal milk, sweetened almond milk, or even water. I fill it up to measure out about the sa...

Begin by spraying the inside of your mug with cooking spray so the egg will come out easier.  2. Add your eggs to your mug and mix them thoroughly  3. Cut and mix in your veggies. Food | A Quick Breakfast Sandwich

Image
This sandwich has been my life saver so far this semester. Pretty much every morning I can fall back on this wonderful breakfast. It's just simply whole grain wheat bread, almond butter (Peanut butter is just as good), hazelnut spread (Nutella, or in my case JIF brand because I'm on a budget and why not try something a little different), and then bananas (if I have some). This is such a quick and easy make and walk out the door breakfast, especially for those running-late-to-class moments which is almost everyday for me. It's tasty! And in some way healthy: Whole Grain Wheat Bread benefits:   Whole grains is a high-fiber food. As an adult, we need about 25 to 35 grams of fiber everyday. Whole grains contains two types of fiber-soluble and insoluble-which are both very health beneficial. The fiber can help in having healthy digestion and bowel movement. It also helps with lowering cholesterol and blood pressure. Whenever I have the choice of different breads to ge...
