Just a simple outfit for fall:


Neutral top from Forever 21 with black jeggings from Bullhead, and I put my hair in a side-braid because I rarely ever do anything with my hair. 


Too keep warm in the chilly midwest weather, I'm wearing this bright orange vest. The vest is Gap but honestly I got it from Goodwill ✌

Gold rings

Just one simple bracelet. 

Stone layered necklace from Forever 21. Just wore my black combat boots too.

This is my absolute favorite way to eat oats! Overnight oats make a healthy and quick breakfast alternative. Oats are a great source of dietary fiber, which lowers level of bad cholesterol. There are so many more other health benefits of eating oats! Overnight oats is also very adjustable in making changes to the ingredients so it's just the way you like it! Additionally, it's very fast to prep for tomorrow's breakfast and cheap. Here's how I enjoy making my overnight oats! 14 Day Hair Challenge by Sarah Tran || Review

This year was not what anyone expected with the pandemic happening, but it has allowed us to spend a lot of time at home which gives us extra time to do things we wouldn't normally do.  Earlier this year I tried the "no-shampoo" method. At first it was great, but then after 2 weeks, my head was going insane! I eventually came across this 14 Day Hair Challenge by Sarah Tran. I don't remember exactly which platform I saw it on, probably Instagram, but immediately I thought I should try it. Her hair was beautifully long, and she's Asian! It also helped me decide, since the last shampoo/conditioner I had bought were both more expensive than the challenge, and it was advertised that you'd be making a shampoo at-home, which I've always wanted to try. Fitness Series | Therabands and headstands

This fine Saturday morning, I enjoyed myself a nice Theraband workout. My favorite has been this arm routine from Denise Austin Upper Body Resistance Workout - Arms, Chest & Shoulders . I agree with her that the lat pull-downs are my favorite. Today I also tried her Lower Body Resistance Workout: Hips Thighs & Butt  using the Theraband. I think I needed to cut a longer Theraband, but for the most part The lower body Theraband workout was good too. I really like the Theraband! I got it from Secret Santa this past Christmas. I like that it gives you just a roll so you can cut it to the length that fits you and what you're working out. My mom also gave me these other resistant bands which are pretty awesome for squats, etc. Today I did 50 "crab-walk" squats with the Red "Heavy" band on my leg. I then semi-followed this 10 Min Headstand Yoga Practice from Yoga by Candace. It mostly consisted of my toppling over. I did learn a new technique though! I ...
